Production Lead — Lean Manufacturing

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Production Specialist II for their facility in Apodaca, Nuevo León. This role is a second-line supervisor responsible for coordinating the work in a manufacturing department, ensuring efficient operations and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience in Lean Manufacturing and at least 6 years of relevant experience. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a preference for an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
