Production Lead Hand Role - Downhole Focus

Take the lead at NOV as a Production Lead Hand, focusing on Downhole Manufacturing during the dayshift. Coordinate machining and repair activities with a focus on safety and quality.
In this role, you will manage machinists and operators, ensuring adherence to production schedules. You will maintain a clean and safe work environment, set up machinery, and guide the team in interpreting engineering specifications.
