Job Description
We are urgently hiring an experienced Production Lead (buying house) with minimum 8 years of experience.
Designation: Production Lead
Organization: K&EMMs Global
Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan
Working timelines: Job Timings: 10.00 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring strict adherence to T&A and established SOPs
- Maintaining daily visibility on production & development status, validated by the In-house Quality Assurance Team
- Monitoring capacity, materials, manpower, and machine readiness to safeguard timelines
- Conducting structured weekly visits to knitting, dyeing, laundry, and embellishment units
- Identifying risks proactively with zero tolerance for surprises
- Building strong working relationships with OS factories for smooth execution
