Production Lead - Autonomous Underwater Vehicle

Skarv Technologies is entering a new phase of industrial scale‑up. As demand for our autonomous underwater vehicles grows, we are reinforcing our production organization with additional technical capacity. Our production environment is one where mechanical reliability, electrical integrity, and system robustness are critical to mission success. Delivering hardware that functions flawlessly under harsh subsea conditions requires disciplined execution, thorough testing, and seamless coordination across engineering, production, and field operations.

We are now looking for a Production Lead to take ownership of our autonomous underwater vehicle manufacturing – accountable for the production schedule, output quality, and the documented procedures that let us scale. This is a hands‑on role: you lead a small production team while building vehicles alongside them.
