• The Production and Flow Project Manager will lead end-to-end production and flow projects to increase capacity, efficiency, and business growth.
• The role plans and directs project schedules and budgets, owns CAPEX/OPEX and financial tracking, and reports progress to ES EMEA senior leadership.
• The manager translates business needs into shop floor layouts and facility plans, oversees equipment installation and process changes, and coordinates internal stakeholders and external contractors including EHS and architectural partners.
• Candidates need several years of project management experience (preferably in manufacturing), a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and fluent Finnish and English with strong leadership and stakeholder coordination skills.
