Job Description
Are you an experienced Creative Production Assistant, looking to work part-time with a hybrid schedule? We’re accepting applications of interest from a smart‑working Production Assistant to become a part of our EMEA team.
The Production Assistant will report to the director of each project, working primarily within our friendly co‑working studio properties on a part‑time basis.
Weekly Tasks
- Creating and distributing documents such as production schedules, call sheets and briefing notes;
- Booking studios, production equipment, performance staff and production staff at our hybrid/co‑working spaces;
- Organizing meetings and interviews;
- Liaising with suppliers;
- Securing travel arrangements;
- Checking for continuity between takes, sessions, and shoots;
- Organizing and processing contracts, timesheets and other documentation dealing with budgets and expenses.
