PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Reports to: Head of Production

Role Summary

The Production Assistant ensures that all production activities—from pre-production to post-airing—are executed smoothly, documented properly, and recoverable at any time. This role is operational, detail-heavy, and deadline-driven.

Core Responsibilities

1. Production Operations Support

• Coordinate schedules, call sheets, and logistics for shoots
• Track all production requirements (permits, releases, approvals)
• Ensure all materials are complete before shoot and airing deadlines
