Production Assembly Operator is in charge of executing the production processes in a production environment. They are expected to independently execute these tasks and actively contribute to achieving production objectives. They must follow established Kaizen processes and the corresponding Working Instructions. Production Assembly Operators receive training on multiple processes and are required to complete cross‑training. They are measured on meeting objectives related to quality, quantity, and deadlines, which supports cost, quality, and delivery targets.
