Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages the team of artists responsible for creating graphic art setups. Types of art setups include screen-printing separations, sublimation art and color approval swatches, digitized embroidery files, twill and laser cut files. Manage development and approval of strike off process in preparation for bulk production. Provide technical support and guidance related to embellishment methods and processes when complex issues arise. Assists in developing the Art department goals, metrics, objectives and systems. Develop, test, and implement workflows that increase the efficiency and timeliness of order processing and production as a part of continuous improvement.
