Your Responsibilities

• Ensure supply of raw materials and packaging for production
• Define and maintain SS for raw materials, packaging and MTO products.
• Reduce slow movers inventory.
• Monthly BBDD follow up for raw materials.
• Define and coordinate decisions taken with obsolete stocks (BBDD extension or eliminate).
• Create and follow up Purchase Orders.
• Maintain documents related to Purchase Orders in the system.
• Coordinate with other H&W plant the supply of raw materials and packaging.
• Coordinate batch sample shipping to Laboratories.
• Ensure that Customer Orders are confirmed within 48h.
• Plan and optimize Production Orders (MTS / MTO)
• Plan and follow up Trading Goods Orders.
• Formulate Bill of Materials for filling products.
