Product Support Intern

JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT

The Product Support Intern role is designed to provide foundational assistance across application testing, digital content configuration, client onboarding, and general marketing initiatives. Operating in an entry-level capacity, the intern will help maintain system quality by conducting routine functionality checks, migrating and formatting digital assets, and setting up initial tenant environments for new clients. This position offers an excellent learning pathway to gain practical, cross-functional experience within a dynamic technology environment while collaborating closely with technical, operations, and sales teams.
