Job Description
Our client is a well-established and growing business looking to recruit a Product Support Co-ordinator to join their friendly team. This is a busy and varied role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and efficient service via telephone and email. You'll play an important part in ensuring enquiries are handled effectively, orders are processed accurately, and customers receive a positive experience throughout their journey.
