Job Description

Product Support Representative for Harvesting Heads – British Columbia. Travel extensively to train operators, support new machine deliveries, troubleshoot issues, and minimize equipment downtime.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support new machine deliveries, harvesting head installations, and equipment demonstrations.
• Deliver training to operators and dealer technicians.
• Assist dealers with troubleshooting technical issues.
• Conduct root cause failure analysis and implement corrective action.
• Collaborate with the service department and engineering to improve product quality.
• Solicit and analyze feedback from operators, customers, and dealers to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
