Do you want to contribute to the development of technical, sustainable, and high-performance products? Are you driven by hands-on projects, mechanical design, and cross-team collaboration? Reporting to the Director of Development and Innovation, you’ll be involved in every stage of product development, from needs analysis to the integration of UHMW-PE molded products into production. You’ll also help improve our existing products and support internal teams in resolving technical challenges.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Participate in defining and designing products with customers
- Propose and implement improvements to products already on the market
- Plan and coordinate certain activities in the product development process
