Employment Type: Full-Time – Hybrid (3 days in a week at onsite)

Location: Sant Cugat, Barcelona, Spain
Salary – 48K Euros per annum
Role Summary
Responsible for shaping incoming business and program demands into clear, well defined, delivery ready work. This role ensures requirements are properly scoped, structured, and understood before they enter engineering execution.
This role does not own product vision or roadmap decisions and does not perform solution design.
