Product Owner

PathGen is building a public-health intelligence platform for pathogen surveillance and outbreak response. The platform combines genomic, epidemiological, environmental, demographic, and scientific data to help public-health teams move from static case reporting to operational early‑warning, investigation, and intervention workflows for infectious disease management.

We work with complex scientific and public‑health data, including genomic metadata, case data, administrative boundaries, environmental rasters, risk layers, policy documents, and user‑uploaded datasets. The product must be useful to epidemiologists, laboratory teams, public‑health programme managers, and technical partners operating in trusted data environments.
