Overview

Position: UX/Product Solution Engineer, 60–100% full time, Länggasse Bern, starting immediately or at your convenience. You will work with our UX team and clients to define and deliver digital solutions that wow customers and users.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with clients to capture use‑cases and define requirements for improved search, HR‑tool integration, and other projects.
• Sketch options and technical concepts, including LLM, live search, filtering, and other solutions.
• Specify the functional details of chosen solutions and coordinate with developers for implementation.
• Test solutions and validate that they meet client and user objectives.
• Actively critique ongoing projects and provide data‑driven improvement recommendations.
