Job Description
The Product Owner owns the day‑to‑day of WiQ’s product development cycle and is the development team's primary point of contact. Driven by genuine curiosity, the owner digs past surface‑level requests to understand the root cause of problems for both internal and external customers, then advocates for the work that earns a place on the sprint. The role fully owns the Scrum rituals, the product backlog and release quality, and grows over time into leading customer discovery.
What you’ll do
- Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, clarifying requirements and keeping the team focused and unblocked.
- Own and facilitate all Scrum rituals (sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand‑ups, and retrospectives), keeping a healthy delivery cadence.
