Product Owner - 14 month contract

What to expect from the role?

Create, prioritize and manage the product backlog to achieve product vision for the assigned value stream, aligned with Sonnet’s strategic priorities, and in context of target market segments and desired customer experience

Lead a cross-functional team of Design, Content and Development experts to deliver initiatives and capabilities that drive customer and business goals

Monitor and optimize throughput, ensuring the team meets delivery commitments while minimizing cycle time

Foster deep relationships with key business stakeholders (e.g., Product & Underwriting, Distribution, Customer Experience, Marketing, Business Insights) to consistently embed business and customer feedback, data and new thinking into digital experiences

Contribute to continuous improvement, identify inefficiencies and foster a culture of high performance within the POD
