Product + Operations Coordinator

Overview

The Product + Operations coordinator will help both our customers and internal team operate smoothly day-to-day. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys combining problem-solving, communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining product listings in NetSuite and Shopify
• Updating specifications, pricing and product imagery
• Coordinating with suppliers to obtain product information, samples and swatches
• Monitoring freight updates and ETA changes
• Assisting with workflow improvements and process efficiencies, including the use of AI and automation tools
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Assisting with product, stock, specification and lead time questions
