Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and drive the onboarding of high-quality TradFi and RWA assets into Binance Earn
- Research traditional wealth management and investment product structures and redesign them for a crypto-native environment
- Collaborate with Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to assess feasibility and go-to-market execution
- Translate traditional financial mechanisms into scalable product concepts focused on user value and operational efficiency
- Analyze market trends, user demand, and competitor offerings across TradFi, RWA, and crypto wealth products
- Support end-to-end product operations, including launch, optimization, performance tracking, and lifecycle management
