Product Manager – Workforce Management

Trackforce is a leading SaaS platform for physical security workforce management, providing security companies and organizations with a streamlined solution to manage guard forces and reduce costs.

The Product Manager, Workforce Management will take hands‑on ownership of our workforce management (WFM) solution’s squad operations, including day‑to‑day execution, backlog quality, and delivery velocity. This high‑growth, high‑visibility role reports directly to the Group Product Manager.

Day‑to‑Day Squad Leadership

• Own and facilitate squad ceremonies – dailies, refinements, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Become the primary product voice in the squad; resolve day‑to‑day blocking questions as much as possible before escalating to the Group PM.
• Maintain and actively manage the squad’s backlog: write, refine, and prioritize tickets with clear acceptance criteria.
