Product Manager — Outdoor Gear with Global Impact

Kathmandu is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy and end‑to‑end development of a product category. You’ll collaborate with design, development, marketing, and buying to bring innovative, sustainable products to market and drive strong commercial results.

You will shape strategy, create briefs, lead lifecycle management, analyse trends, and deliver GTM plans while maintaining brand alignment and margins. International travel may be required.
