Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision

  Organize the strategic vision into key themes that solve both short‑term and long‑term traveler, partner, and business needs. Take a lead role in detailing a multi‑quarter roadmap, articulating key themes, milestones, and trade‑offs through a compelling narrative that resonates across senior leadership and cross‑functional teams. Balance short‑term and long‑term business considerations with product decisions and partner with Finance to set incremental revenue targets. Drive innovation within the platform, exploring new use‑cases and experiences that increase customer confidence and drive metric improvement.

• Customer, Market & Commercial Insight
