Job Description

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Lead discovery efforts to identify high-impact problems related to data, reporting, and decision-making workflows across internal stakeholder groups.

  • Gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs (stakeholder feedback, system data, operational metrics) to inform product opportunities and priorities.

  • Shape product direction in partnership with the Group Manager, including opportunity sizing, defining success metrics, and aligning to organizational goals.

  • Identify opportunities to improve data accessibility, workflow efficiency, and decision-making through the application of automation and AI-enabled solutions.

  • Develop recommendations and business cases to support prioritization and roadmap decisions.
