Product Manager - Booking

Synopsis

The eCommerce - Product Manager (Booking) is responsible for developing and executing a strategy related to our Digital booking channel with AI embedded as a core capability across search, discovery, pricing, presentation, personalization and conversion optimization. This role drives revenue growth, digital share expansion, customer retention and engagement through intelligent ecommerce initiatives and AI powered booking experiences. This role is responsible for continually driving and maximizing our conversion rates by spearheading innovative product features that drive business objectives and KPIs. The ideal candidate combines deep airline booking domain expertise with AI product literacy, experimentation mindset, and data-driven leadership, and works cross‑functionally (internal and external) to evolve the booking ecosystem into an intelligent, adaptive, and high‑performing digital distribution channel.
