Product Management Team Lead

Job Purpose

The incumbent will lead the end-to-end strategy from design to implementation, portfolio management and risk governance for the wealth lending solutions to Private and Priority Banking clients, across Lombard securities-backed financing. The role partners closely with Relationship Managers, Investment and Banca product teams, Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Tech, Digital, and Marketing teams to deliver client-centric and commercially viable solutions, ensuring prudent risk management, regulatory compliance with BNM, and alignment to the Bank’s strategic wealth growth proposition. The role also drives digital lending initiatives and innovation in lending processes to improve client experience.

• Execute the Wealth Lending strategy across various customer segments to align with the RWM wealth priorities.
