This is a high‑ownership role with real autonomy. You'll shape the vision, own the roadmap and lead discovery, not support someone else doing it.
What you'll be doing
- Own the product roadmap and shape strategy in partnership with the MD
- Lead customer discovery and turn insight into shipped improvements that matter
- Line‑manage a small team – conduct regular one‑to‑ones, performance reviews, and day‑to‑day guidance to support their development
