Position Accountability Statement

The Product Lead is accountable for the end-to-end development, delivery, and in-market performance of assigned products or sub-portfolios within the designated Business Unit, from ideation and design through implementation, launch, and post-launch optimization. The role owns product outcomes, ensuring that products are customer-relevant, operationally executable, commercially viable, and compliant with internal governance and external regulatory requirements. The Product Lead translates portfolio strategy into concrete product initiatives, leads cross‑functional delivery, and ensures disciplined execution across the full product development lifecycle.
