Product Lead - Financial Crime Platform

The Financial Crime Platform at Wise is dedicated to enhancing the scalability, efficiency, and quality of Wise Operations. We aim to minimise these three things:

• Develop a robust framework for generating and distributing work across all operations, ensuring tasks are assigned to the right person at the right time.
• Create tools and frameworks that empower teams to design their specific workflows, accelerating time to market and offering customisable complexity.
• Establish a comprehensive reference for a 360-degree view of customer data, enabling our operations to swiftly identify and address issues.

Our squad consists of approximately 30 skilled professionals, organised into three cross-functional teams, all focused on reducing handling time, increasing automation, and minimising friction through innovative technology.
