Job Description

Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida
JD:
- Previous banking and finance background in Product roles.
- Solid understanding of Risk & Controls frameworks, including RCSA.
- Understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI concepts.
- Hands on with writing Epics, Stories, Story Maps
- Worked in Agile (Knowledge of SAFe Agile is preferred)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Takes end to end ownership of deliverables
- 8 10 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles in Agile environments in Technology Risk and control domain
- Strong hands-on experience with user story writing, story mapping, backlog management, and Scrum ceremonies.
