Job Description
Do you want to work at the intersection of product management and engineering – with the technology that makes the world’s optical fiber? We are looking for a Product Engineer to join our fiber optics business unit in Vantaa.
The role and main responsibilities
As Product Engineer you are the link between Product Management and engineering. You report to the Technical Director and support our five Product Managers across the product areas. Your main responsibilities are built around product development, R&D support, customer interactions, and operational development and continuous improvement:
- Drive development and improvement work through meetings, follow-up and reporting.
- Keep product documentation complete and up to date and coordinate consistency between sales and engineering structures.
- Turn market needs into concrete product specifications and roadmaps with the Product Manager – and communicate them to engineering.
