Job Summary

What a typical day looks like:
建立并维护工程BOM（eBOM/mBOM），确保ERP系统数据的准确性、一致性及跨部门同步。Develop and maintain engineering BOMs (eBOM/mBOM) in ERP, ensuring data accuracy, consisten-cy, and cross-functional alignment.
负责新产品导入（NPI）全过程，包括DFM评审、工艺开发、样品试制及量产导入，并支持量产项目的持续优化与问题解决，确保质量、成本及交付目标达成. Lead end-to-end new product introduction (NPI), including DFM review, process development, prototyping, and production ramp-up, while supporting sustaining projects through continuous improvement and issue resolution to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
