About the Role

Reports to: Director of Product

We need a product strategist, spec writer, QA owner, and stakeholder interface who can also write code when needed. This role blurs the line between product and engineering to make the best technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Ownership
  Own the roadmap, define what gets built and why. Prioritize ruthlessly, kill low‑leverage work, and protect engineers’ focus. Write specs that are hypotheses, not instructions, and define the problem before prescribing solutions. Every feature brief ships with a clear success criterion.
