We are hiring an intermediate Full-Stack Developer: a product engineer with 2–5 years of production experience who owns the process end-to-end. Not just the code, the problem definition, the user experience, and the business outcome.
Responsibilities
Own the conversation – sit in discovery calls with clients and translate what you hear into scope, flows, and tickets.
Shape the product – wireframe the experience before you build it, sketch in Figma or your preferred tool, prototype it fast, and bring real artifacts to the client for feedback.
Build production‑grade web and cloud applications using modern JS/TS, React, Node, and cloud‑native on AWS; maintain clean commits, tested code, and observability.
Work with AI – use Claude, Cursor, and other leading tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.
