Tasks

Responsibility Areas Include

• Support APQP cycle for engineering changes, new products and major process changes.
• Assist with coordinating project teams, identifying dependencies and constraints.
• Support project timelines, milestones and budget adherence.
• Assist with preparing reports and facilitating structured meetings.
• Support Change Control Management.
• Assist with Product Change Management and project documentation.
• Support concept approval, trial coordination and order placement.
• Assist with FAT tests and APQP compliance activities.
• Support creation of Work Breakdown Structures and MS Project plans.
• Assist with project cost control, budget tracking and funding documentation.
• Ensure minutes are taken, distributed and actions followed up.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with all company rules.
• Adhere to safety regulations.
