Product Development Manager Role

Drive product innovation as a Product Development Manager, overseeing the PDP process with a cross-functional team. Ensure seamless project execution while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
As a hands-on leader, you will manage the Product Development roadmap and coordinate PDP meetings. Your responsibilities include preparing project information for monthly and quarterly meetings, ensuring comprehensive and accurate meeting materials. Collaborate closely with product configuration teams to validate configurations alongside a master project track sheet that reflects progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the Product Development roadmap
• Coordinate all PDP board meetings and track decisions
• Prepare project details for ELT and GLT meetings
• Validate product configurations for accuracy
• Maintain the master project track sheet and Teams channels
Requirements:
• Registered Technologist/Engineer
• 5+ years of design-related experience
