Product Development Engineer/Test (ATE)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design, validation, and architecture teams for IP content coverage, test pattern and test program development, validation, and debug.
• Develop test program infrastructure incorporating latest Best-Known Methods.
• Validate new product features, test conditions, test methodologies, and test contents during first silicon bring-up.
• Perform silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature.
• Perform test program correlation and release for high volume production.
• Drive Key Performance Indicators such as test time reduction, yield debug, and quality improvement across products.
• Support qualification activities and customer return debug.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in semiconductor product development.
• Experience with ATE test program and pattern development – Advantest 93K, a must.
