About the Role
As a Product Developer at Herschel Supply, you contribute directly to the development and production processes, managing assigned product lines comprehensively from initial design specification through to final production readiness. Key accountabilities include overseeing fit and construction development, material execution, day‑to‑day cost optimization, and sample validation while strictly meeting quality standards, cost constraints, and delivery targets. Operating as a category specialist, you manage daily communication with external vendors and internal cross‑functional teams in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
A Day in the Life
Operating within a dynamic, collaborative, and fast‑paced workplace, the Product Developer reports directly to the VP of Product Design, Development and Innovation and works closely with the Product Design and Sourcing teams. On a day‑to‑day basis, you are responsible for the following functions:
