ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Developer at Herschel Supply, you contribute directly to the development and production processes, managing assigned product lines comprehensively from initial design specification through to final production readiness. Key accountabilities include overseeing fit and construction development, material execution, day-to-day cost optimization, and sample validation while strictly meeting quality standards, cost constraints, and delivery targets. Operating as a category specialist, this position manages daily communication with external vendors and internal cross-functional teams in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. This role requires a high degree of organizational agility, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to flex fluidly alongside changing business and merchandising requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
