The Role

As a Product Developer, you'll work at the heart of the design and production process. You will translate creative ideas into commercially viable products - managing development from initial concept through to final sample approval. Your work will ensure that every piece meets our exacting standards for quality, fit, and finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Design to develop new accessory concepts and seasonal collections.
• Manage the product development lifecycle - from concept sketches to final samples.
• Source and evaluate materials, components, and finishes aligned with brand standards.
