About Converse AI: We are building a product to make live sales conversations smarter, giving sellers the context, rapport, and product knowledge they need in the moment. We are outsiders walking into sales with one goal: build something people love and leave a legacy worth remembering.
We are hiring our Founding Product Designer to own how our product looks, feels, and behaves, from day zero. This is not a UI job. You will run from customer discovery to Figma prototypes to motion to the product that ships, building our design system and product experience alongside the founders. We value user delight over decoration.
