Job Description

THE ROLE
As the Design Assistant/Associate, you will support the Creative Design Department to:
Establish the seasonal point of view of the collection.
Curate the seasonal cohesive concept for the collection.
Design the core components of the styles for the collection.
Validate that each style executes on the creative design vision.
Ensure there is cohesion across the entire collection.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Design Assistant, Creative Design, has:
Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in product collection design and the appetite to continuously learn and develop oneself
An understanding and passion for the industry in which we operate
An understanding of Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences
