Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the local product experience and optimize key user journeys, including onboarding, verification, deposits, and trading.
- Configure local product content, banners, landing pages, and market-specific settings through internal tools.
- Manage product localization, translations, and language quality across all product touchpoints.
- Identify friction points in the user journey and recommend improvements based on user behavior and market insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and tracking frameworks to monitor funnel health and product performance.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests in collaboration with Product teams to validate improvements.
- Represent local market needs to Global Product teams and support the rollout of new features.
