SUMMARY: An international cold chain and fruit exporting group is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager responsible for end-to-end fruit procurement and export operations, including sourcing apples and pears, managing farmer relationships, overseeing packhouse operations, and coordinating international shipping and logistics.

Minimum requirements for the role: Must have a tertiary qualification in Agriculture Must have previous growing experience with Apples and Pears Previous procurement experience would be preferred Solid understanding of Citrus quality, packing and logistics is required Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel when required The successful candidate will be responsible for: Identifying, contracting with, and supervising local farmers to source high-quality fruit.
