Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Helps in planning and coordinating work activities relating to procurement of supplies and materials.
- Coordinates with Procurement Manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met.
- Helps in managing procurement processes, including contractor accreditation and supplier evaluations, to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Helps in negotiating and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and availability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Educational Attainment: College Graduate
- Preferred Course: Business Graduate
- Years of Experience: At least 3 years experience
- Proficient in Accounting Software (preferably SAP)
