Procurement Manager - Commodities

EMEA Recruitment has been exclusively appointed to secure a Procurement Manager on behalf of a leading global consumer goods (FMCG) brand. Based at their strategic sourcing hub in Zug , Switzerland, this senior leadership position owns a high-spend portfolio (~$600M annual spend) focused on specialized raw materials, commodities, and chemical ingredients.

Due to the footprint of the global supply chain, this position requires a professional comfortable with flexible working hours to effectively collaborate with North American-based teams and partners. Reporting to the Director of Sourcing, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex market intelligence into actionable buying strategies while mitigating commodity risk and leading a team of 1–2 associates over time.
