Procurement Manager, Business Operations

Introduction:

The Procurement Manager will lead Procurement Business Operations for the Business Unit across Raw Materials, Packaging, and External Manufacturers. They will support end‑to‑end procurement needs, including cost‑savings delivery, supply chain resiliency, and execution of the EM strategy. The role requires strong digital fluency, using AI‑driven tools, automation, and analytics to streamline processes, enhance insights, and speed decision‑making.

This position is critical to delivering value across a $40 million spend portfolio and demands expertise, agility, collaboration, and curiosity to drive the continued success of the Procurement organization and the business.
