Job Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• computer literate (MS Office applications)
• with basic knowledge on Inventory and Treasury functions
• keen to details and documentations
• has strong communication skills (oral and written)
• principled and trust-worthy
• willing to be assigned in Commonwealth, Quezon City

Responsibilities

• ensures the timely audit of all items delivered in the store (documentation)
• ensures that all outgoing items (trade and non-trade) are processed on the system
• inspects all items for delivery are complete, without damage before delivery
• ensures that all items for transfers are properly documented and processed before pull out and transfer
• accounts the day-to-day cashiering transactions to document the overage and shortage for charging
