Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process of the assigned company.
- Identify and source suitable goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best price and terms. Also, manage the risk in the purchase.
- Maintain good records of the purchase.
- Assisting in shipment and forwarding to bring the goods to the end-users.
- Establish good relationships with suppliers and harnesstheir long term support.
- Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 years’ experience as a procurement executive in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and ERP systems such as Navision.
- With strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Can work with minimum supervision.
